The latest installment in the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and ProMedica's Art in Public Places Program started construction Monday.
The sculpture "Upon Reflection" is being set up on the 300 block of North Summit Street.
It will be comprised of stainless steel cables and two large masts suspending two ovals in the center of the street's median.
One oval will be mirrored metal while the other will be backlit and painted with a high-gloss catalyzed paint.
Sunshine on the mirror will illuminate the painted portion. It will continue to be lit up at other times by LED lights.

Jack Schultz has always had a love for photography in which he tries to capture that little extra detail and beauty of things that most of us take for granted every day.
